Here's a little story that the Lord spoke to my spirit 11/24/2015 when I woke up.

 

   This story is about God, two fireflies, poop and a dog named Satan.God represented as himself, Fireflys represents you & Poop represents sin, food is the promise of God. Take your time reading and let the music sooth your heart.  The story is called:

    God saw two fireflies eating poop and came to them saying "Do not take part to gather nor to eat poop for it is not good and will dim your light.  Believe in me and except me and I will make you a new creature and give you food that is good for which you will never hunger nor thirst again."

 

  The two fireflies both agreed and God departed to get what he had promised.

 

  Two days passed and both fireflies were hungery.  The first firefly said "Buddy I'm starving lets go find some food."  It became late and as the two fireflies flew they came into a yard and rested on a fence to watch a vicious little dog whos' name is  Satan chasing flies trying to eat them. 

 

  Little Satan learned that pooping near flies is one of their greatest temptations, so this is what he did to try to catch them.

 

  The first fireflie said "Hay buddy look at all the food all over the yard!!, and yet there isn't any near this fence.  It wont hurt to take a little right?"

 

  The second fireflie said "God said it isn't good for us to eat and it will make our light dim and besides he said he's coming back to bring us some good food, lets' go to sleep and continue in the morning I'm tired."  They both rested not making a move then the desire of hunger slowly left and soon they went to sleep.

 

  The next morning the fireflies awoke early and little Satan pooped just close enough to the fence to catch the fireflies attention.  The 2nd. fireflie struggling to fight the earge truned his head to ignore the delightful sight, but the 1st fireflie took off towards his hearts desire thinking, "I don't feel like a new creature nor do I look different.  I'll just fly around the poop that can't hurt anything."

 

  After flying around and around several times stairing at the poop, he thought to himself, "I'll just touch it, oooh that feels nice, I'll just walk across it, what harm can that do?, I'm still doing nothing wrong"

 

  When the fly landed the aroma hit him suddenly without warning placing him into almost a hypnotic trance with desire.  He bent down to take a good wiff of the food and before he knew it he was gobbling it up thinking how good it smells, tasted and felt.

 

  He said to his-self as he was eating "I'll just eat a little now and stop soon enough before God returns and then take what he has to offer me, yes that's what I'll do."  

 

  Once the little flie started eating being hugery he couldn't stop.  He didn't notice soon after God returning with a piece of watermellon on a plate giving it to the 2nd. flie.

 

  The 2nd. flie said "God aren't you going to offer any to my buddy?  For it is that dogs' falt placing food in front of us knowing that we were hungery, my buddy he just couldn't help himself".

 

  God replyed "You are the one that truly excepted me in your heart and kept what I've commanded of you for I can not fail.  I being in you, you showing proof of this by resisting the temptation".  Your buddy have not me in him yet".

 

  "My name is Lord, I am the one and only true God.  The creator of all things seen and unseed, good and evil for without me these things could not be.  Everyting I've created has its' purpose, there are no mistakes in my creations and or plans".

 

  "Satan was to be what he is to be and to do what he dose.  Stop blaming SATAN.  You fireflies were given domiating power, the freedom of choice to decide your future.  No one and nothing can make you give this power away but yourself".

 

  "Where you will end up I've known from the start of creation and where you'll find yourself is a place where you've placed yourself with that choice".  Those that have truly excepted me can and will over come sin until the end, for I in you AM greater than anything in this world".  Anyone that says' differently only have excuses for I am God Almighty".

 

  "Now come with me my good and faithful firefly to a place where you'll never hunger nor thirst again and you will receive my reward for your faithfulness.  The food that I've given you will sustain you until we arrive to my home".

 

  And as the 2nd firefly was eating his watermelon his tail grew brighter and brighter until it caught the attention of the 1st.  firefly. 

 

  He then looked up to see that God was walking away with his buddy on a plate, eating a slice of the most beautiful mouth watering watermelon he has ever seen.  He then tried to fly to them but he was too full.  He tried signaling them with his tail but he had too much poop covering his body from enjoyment and his light was dim with a lite almost unseen glow.

 

  The little fly tried all day until late evening to contact God and his buddy.  He then grew tired and fell off his mountain of  food with tears in his eyes pleading forgiveness, "I repent!!!" now understanding and hating what he had done, but it was too late. 

 

  Little Satan noticed the little glow in the grass and went to investigate.  To his delight he found what looked to be a lost fly and with much joy he put the light out and the little fly was no more.

 

  God being so loving and merciful beyond our understanding heard the crys for forgiveness and repentance before the little flie light was completely out and gave the little flie another chance. 

 

He now flys happyly in the field of God while the 2nd flie dwells in his house and is free to go through out the whole kingdom with a tail that's brighter than the sun and with glorious heavenly wings that sooths all it passes over with peace, joy and contentment of endless happiness.
